Fleurvoyant specializes in luxury floral design for events, weekly flower deliveries, editorial installations, and more. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website and services.

2. Orders and Payments

Placing an Order

• All orders are subject to availability. Flowers are seasonal, and substitutions may be made at our discretion while maintaining the integrity of the design.

• Orders for weekly deliveries must be placed by the stated cut-off times (displayed on our website or communicated directly).

• Custom or large-scale orders may require additional lead time.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• There is a flat delivery fee of $35.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.

• For large-scale events, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date, with the balance due before the event.

3. Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are available in designated areas of Los Angeles, a 10 mile radius from 90405. Please ensure the recipient’s address is accurate and accessible.

• Delivery is offered Monday through Friday. Special arrangements for weekend deliveries must be made in advance.

• If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location. Fleurvoyant is not responsible for damage due to weather or theft once the delivery is complete.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Weekly Flower Deliveries

• Cancellations or modifications to weekly flower delivery orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not available once the order has been delivered.

Events and Custom Orders

• Deposits for events are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any remaining balance, minus costs incurred.

• Changes to event designs or flower selections must be communicated at least 14 days before the event and are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of Fleurvoyant LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

Fleurvoyant LLC is not liable for:

• Delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, transportation issues, or supplier shortages.

• Allergic reactions to flowers, pollen, or any other materials used in our arrangements.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California and the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles, CA, or New York, NY.
